Issue

  • A configuration backup restore was tested and aggregates are in 'unknown' state:

Cluster::> aggr show

Aggregate     Size Available Used% State   #Vols  Nodes            RAID
Status
--------- -------- --------- ----- ------- ------ ---------------- ------------
aggr0_node1 -    -     - unknown      - node1   -
aggr0_node2 -   -     - unknown      -  node2   -
aggr1_node1 -         -     - unknown      - node1   -
aggr1_node2 -    -     - unknown      - node2   -
4 entries were displayed.

  • Only a root aggregate has been created during the restoration :

Cluster::> system node run -node node* -c sysconfig -r
2 entries were acted on.

Node: node1
Aggregate aggr0_node1 (online, raid_dp) (block checksums)
  Plex /aggr0_node1/plex0 (online, normal, active, pool0)
    RAID group /aggr0_node1/plex0/rg0 (normal, block checksums)
