ANDU fails to create vserver web access entry

Issue

  • ONTAP ANDU shows aborted with the following message

1800 post-apps  aborted  Upgrade task ABORTED. Reason: Failed to create Vserver web access entry for Vserver "svm1", service "rest" and role "none". Reason: Adding web service authorization with a role of "none" is not permitted. Remove all roles associated with the service to remove authorization.

  • The following message can also be seen in the MGWD logs
