Issue

In a MetroCluster configuration, if the destination cluster does not have a VLAN port matching the VLAN of a replicated data LIF, the LIF may be placed on an incorrect port. This can lead to client connectivity issues during a switchover or switchback. In this situation, ONTAP may not provide an EMS notification to alert you to the VLAN mismatch.
