Issue

During early-boot key restoration with an external key manager, ONTAP can log a failed connection attempt to an incorrectly formed key server address ending in {}.verify{}.
The boot log can include KMIP_CMD_set_server:NULL_HOST and {}Failed to setup KMIP connection{}.
These messages refer to an unintended connection attempt, not a failure to connect to the configured key server. Key restoration from the configured server still succeeds, and this defect does not delay boot.
