Issue

The automatic switchover operation is not performed when the following
exceptions occur in a shutdown scenario:

  • A user initiated shutdown. For example, a halt or reboot of the nodes
  • A fan or component failure initiates a shutdown (environmental shutdown, including over temperature shutdown)
