Issue

When a cloud volume backing ONTAP becomes unresponsive for an extended period it will be considered failed by ONTAP. If it becomes available again the disk will still be in the failed state. Attempts to unfail the volume may not succeed. This might result in an extended period of degraded protection, or data unavailability.
