Userspace core does not hold much information on RCA, associated
defect points to hardware, boot device.
Backtrace in this defect has "notifyd" but here it is "bcomd" in this corefs core
"looks like notifyd (bcomd for this core) had crashed and we were trying to
create a core for it when corefs crashed."
Boot media problems might explain why both bcomd and corefs crashed.
