Issue

  • A key restore operation fails with following error

KMIP "Get" command failed on external key server "<KMIP Key Server>". Cryptsoft error: "Response status: OPERATION_FAILED. Reason: ITEM_NOT_FOUND. Message: Object with identifier <key-UUID> cannot be found."
  • Upon validating the <key-UUID> with the external KMIP database, the <key-UUID> for the concerned volume was not found.
