Issue

  • Performing an Key Restore , fails with below error

KMIP "Get" command failed on external key server "KMIP:5696". Cryptsoft error: "Response status: OPERATION_FAILED. Reason: ITEM_NOT_FOUND. Message: CTxxxx040E Object with identifier KEY-ccccccc-dddddddd-yyyy-4444-xxxx-aaaaaaaaaaaa cannot be found."
  • Upon validating the Identifier KEY with the External KMIP database, we could see the KEY identifier to be not found for the concerned volume
