Issue

  • The following EMS alert or email notification about an expiring license validation certificate is sent:

Message: license.cert.expired.check: Certificate to validate licenses will expire on <date/time>.Description: This message occurs when the license validation certificate is near its expiration date. After the certificate expires, no new license can be validated.Corrective Action: Contact your sales representative or reseller about renewing your license validation certificate.Source: mgwd
  • Example log output:
    • license.cert.expired.check: Certificate to validate licenses will expire on Nov 1 00:51:18 2025 GMT.
    • license.cert.expired: No new license can be validated. Certificate expired on Nov 1 00:51:18 2025 GMT.
