  • When the Onboard Key Manager (OKM) is enabled, users may run  the "security key-manager onboard sync" CLI command in multiple situations, including the following:
    • A controller's motherboard or boot device needs to be replaced.
    • Additional nodes are added to the cluster.
  • In these case the "security key-manager onboard sync" command may fail to successfully complete.

Error: command failed: The Onboard Key Manager has synced on the local node "Node-01". The following nodes in the cluster are not reachable or failed to sync: Node-02. Use the "cluster show" command to check a node's health status and then run the "security key-manager onboard sync" command again.
