CONTAP-396443: SSH to the node is unsuccessful after enabling Cisco DUO

Issue

Customers experience system crashes when using Duo for SSH authentication in conjunction with an authentication proxy that requires credentials.
The issue occurs because the Duo integration mishandles proxy authentication, leading to a crash.
We see sshd and mgwd user space panic:
[Node1: sshd: ucore.panicString:error]: 'sshd: Abort: Attempted to free non allocated memory.(0x7062657770747468), raising SIGABRT(6) at RIP 0x8010e3a3a (pid 7352, uid 0, timestamp 1739191562)'
[Node1: mgwd: ucore.panicString:error]: 'mgwd: Abort: Attempted to free non allocated memory.(0x7062657770747468), raising SIGABRT(6) at RIP 0x81ed61a3a (pid 74349, uid 0, timestamp 1739213650)'
[Node1: spmd: spm.mgwd.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Management Gateway (mgwd) subsystem with ID 74349 exited as a result of signal signal 6. The subsystem will attempt to restart.
