CONTAP-330193: mgwd process reboots due to an unhandled stop request

Issue

Under certain conditions, queries into the Event Management System (EMS), can cause a mgwd panic.
This is indicated with the message "Thread did not respond to stop request" appearing in the logs.
The mgwd process will restart and return to normal service.
There will be no disruption to data service.
