Issue

In rare cases, the vifmgr application in ONTAP can exit abnormally with a SIGSEGV (Signal 11).
The process should automatically restart.
EMS logs:
Thu Sep 25 08:14:27 [node01: vifmgr: ucore.panicString:error]: 'vifmgr: Received SIGILL (Signal 4) at RIP 0x800b7aa39 (pid 8246, uid 0, timestamp 1758755667).'
Thu Sep 25 08:14:28 [node01: spmd: spm.vifmgr.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Logical Interface Manager(VifMgr) with ID 8246 aborted as a result of signal signal 4. The subsystem will attempt to restart.
Thu Sep 25 08:14:35 [node01: vifmgr: vifmgr.started:notice]: The Logical Interface Manager (VIFMgr) has started.
