CONTAP-169913: AFF A320 and AFF A800 systems report "ECC error at DIMM-<n>:" for uncorrectable ECC memory errors

Issue

ONTAP tracks correctable (CECC) and uncorrectable (UECC) memory errors on AFF
storage systems with error-correcting code (ECC) memory. An AFF A320 or AFF A800
system controller might experience a system disruption with an "ECC error at DIMM-n"
message, similar to the following example for DIMM-4:

Memory controller(0), CH(0), DIMM(0), Rank(0), Bank Group(3), Bank(0x0), Row(0xf80e),
