Issue

Cluster is indicating "l2_reachability" for the cluster ports or data ports:
-Cluster ports log:
--[xxxxxxxxx: vifmgr: vifmgr.port.monitor.failed:error]: The "l2_reachability" health check for port e0c (node xxxxxx) has failed. The port is operating in a degraded state.
--[xxxxxxxxxxx: vifmgr: vifmgr.port.monitor.passed:notice]: The "l2_reachability" health check for port e0c (node xxxxxxx) has passed.
--[xxxxxxxx: vifmgr: vifmgr.port.monitor.failed:error]: The "l2_reachability" health check for port e0b (node xxxxxxxxx) has failed. The port is operating in a degraded state.
--[xxxxxxxxxx: vifmgr: callhome.clus.net.degraded:alert]: Call home for CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED: Insufficient L2 Reachability - Insufficient L2 Reachability detected from cluster port e0b on node xxxxxxxxx.
