Issue

Running diag level command "debug vreport fix" can remove the entries
from RDB table when remote node is not reachable.
Example:
When node B is not reachable from node A, "debug vreport show" will show the discrepancy and running 'debug vreport fix' on node A will remove the aggregates information owned by node B from VLDB table.
