CONTAP-109765: Origin FG volume inaccessible after Flexcache is deleted

Issue

  • After deleting flexcache, the original flexgroup volume is inaccessible
  • Following errors can be seen in the Event/EMS log:

For CIFS/SMB
  • [kernel: Nblade.cifsLockStateMismatch:debug]: params: {'pMessage': 'Leaked share lock?'}
  • [kernel: Nblade_CifsOperationTimedOut_1:error]
  • [kernel: ems.engine.suppressed:debug]: Event 'Nblade.CifsOperationTimedOut' suppressed xxx times in last xxx seconds.

For NFS:
  • [kernel: Nblade.dBladeNoResponse.NFS:error]
  • [kernel: ems.engine.suppressed:debug]: Event 'Nblade.dBladeNoResponse.NFS' suppressed xxx times in last xxx seconds.

  • An outage is seen.
  • Commands like "ls" may hang when running from a NFS Linux client.
