Issue

  • Affected platform models: AFF A250, AFF C250, ASA A250, ASA C250, FAS500f
  • The port e0a/e0b links go down/up when connected to an even numbered port on the Cisco Catalyst 9300X-48X switch.
  • After the link goes down, it takes more than 10 minutes for the e0a/e0b link to come back up.
  • During this period, the port link LED remains green, as is the port link LED on the Cisco Catalyst 9300X-48X switch port
  • Replacing the cable or the motherboard does not resolve the issue.
