Issue

  • Controller panics, possibly more than once, with strings similar to:
    PANIC: page fault (supervisor read data, page not present) on VA 0x5 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff8b5e1af7 rflags 0x10246 in process NwkThd_01 on release 9.10.1P13 (C)
    PANIC: Unknown key type 0 in SK process wafl_exempt18 on release 9.11.1P14 (C)
    PANIC: protection fault on VA 0 code 0 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff8a950af0 in process NwkThd_00 on release 9.11.1P14 (C)
  • There may be CRC errors on one or more cluster ports.
