Issue

Creating a FlexVol volume on certain platforms can trigger repeated node restarts and make data in the affected aggregate unavailable. The issue can recur after a restart when the volume-creation operation is retried.
The following panic string is recorded:
prod/common/wafl/consist_pnt.c:3405: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt08
