CONTAP-797003: Node Failure During Storage Expansion

Issue

During storage expansion, including disk or RAID-group additions, a node can stop unexpectedly and trigger an unplanned failover.
The system logs the following message:
PANIC  : page fault (supervisor read data, page not present) on VA 0x28 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff91c065aa rflags 0x10287
