During a non-disruptive upgrade (ANDU) from ONTAP 9.17.1 to 9.19.1, a node can panic during a takeover or giveback if an aggregate takes longer than 120 seconds to come online. The panic string is:
GENERIC panic for node taking longer than 120 seconds to online the aggregate
The aggregate mount proceeds after a single CP per online volume to update the previous file system version flag. With about 2000 online volumes, these CPs add up and can exceed the 120-second limit.
