Issue

When a FabricPool aggregate is being retired on certain AFX platforms, the system moves data to other aggregates while keeping a minimum amount of free space on the target aggregates. If the source aggregate already has less than 50GB of free space, the system does not try to free space from other aggregates, and no alert is sent to the customer. This can leave the retirement without enough room to complete and gives the customer no notice to add capacity.
