Issue

On disaggregated ONTAP systems running ONTAP 9.18.1 and above, the aggregate reported for a volume can differ depending on the interface used to query it. When diagnostic mode is enabled, volume show -fields aggr-list displays physical aggregate names that differ from the names shown without diagnostic mode. The private REST CLI endpoint /api/private/cli/volume?fields=aggregate also returns physical aggregate names, while /api/storage/volumes?fields=aggregates returns the expected aggregate information for the same volume. Scripts or tools that rely on the aggregate values from these interfaces may receive inconsistent results.
