CONTAP-667282: Deduplication hang in DEDUPING_SHARING after a manual efficiency scan due to stale overlap requests

Issue

  • On FSx volumes with deduplication enabled, a manual efficiency scan may cause deduplication to stall indefinitely in the DEDUPING_SHARING stage. The session does not complete and subsequent efficiency operations cannot proceed.
  • SIS.logs:
