Issue

Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) backup/restore operations using Microsoft Azure Blob Storage may fail if the Azure storage account is configured with Azure Lifecycle Management rules. This transfers required C2C metadata blobs to the Archive tier. When these metadata objects are archived, they are not immediately accessible for normal read operations, and backup/restore can fail (restore may also be unable to initiate rehydration).
