CONTAP-628956: High NFS Latency on FlexGroup Volumes During File-Path Lookups

Issue

NFS clients accessing FlexGroup volumes may experience very high write latency and temporary unresponsiveness while ONTAP processes file-path lookups that traverse remote hardlinks. During an event, NFS requests may time out or report {}server not responding, still retrying{}, and commands such as df or ls may take several minutes to complete.
The issue occurs when a path lookup holds remote caches while assembling a full file path. This can delay other file operations that need those caches.
