Long CP event on a data aggregate. 
[hostnave: wafl_exempt08: wafl.cp.toolong:error]: Aggregate aggr1 experienced a long CP.
No disk or waffinity bottlenecks were observed at the time of the event, caused by elongated P2V_REFCOUNT phase.
Suspension analysis shows significant latency for deduplication undo operations.
