Issue

If an in-memory WAFL inconsistency occurs by a hardware or software defect, in rare cases, the corruption may be persisted to Flash Cache if it is not detected prior to the time of caching. When this block is later read from Flash Cache, it may be detected as a WAFL inconsistency.
