Issue

Storage controller might disrupt because of a CPU hung panic during the acquisition of qtree statistics, via REST API GET request.
The presence of the following EMS message (event log) can serve as a potential indicator :
“sched_monitor: sk.hog.runtime:notice]: Process svc_queue_thread ran for 4016 milliseconds”

Note: This message is generic and may also occur due to slowness in other processes.
