Issue

During volume-scale testing, the following assertion was reported:
PANIC  : assertion "0" failed: file "prod/common/spinnp/spinnpidlops_shared.cc", line 64
The failure was associated with an unexpected value received from {}kcs_ctran{}, resulting in an invalid ctran_response_t value.
