Issue

AFF A150 , AFF A220, AFF C190, FAS2720 and FAS2750 platforms with a high number of FlexGroups can show low memory messages or become unresponsive.
Sample messages:
wafl.memory.statusLowMemory:notice]: WAFL is running low on memory, with 34717MB remaining
OR
wafl.memory.statusVeryLowMemory:alert]: WAFL is running very low on memory, with 4670MB remaining.
