Issue

  • After a Level-0 Plex re-synchronization in a Metrocluster, a node experiences an unexpected reboot with panic string:

Potential corruption of cde packing header in SK process disk_server_0 on release 9.15.1P3 (C)
  • Before the HA-partner node is able to complete HA-takeover, the same unexpected panic-reboot might trigger on the HA partner, causing a downtime of the HA-Pair
  • Metrocluster MAUSO is able to mitigate the situation by running a switchover operation
