Issue

  • In some environments, during a node reboot or shutdown (including upgrade/downgrade activities), ARP disable processing may not complete promptly.
  • This can cause the shutdown/reboot to take significantly longer than expected and, in rare cases, may lead to a watchdog-style timeout/unexpected reboot if the shutdown exceeds the allowed time.
