Issue

When a FlexGroup Scheduled Snapshot Copy create conflicts with other volume operations, the snapshot create will fail with EVOLUMEBUSY.  The scheduled snapshot operation will then automatically retry and fail with ESNAPIDCONFLICT.   This results in a missed scheduled snapshot.
