Issue

After migration from OKM to KMIP causes volume creation to fail.
[Cluster1::> vol create TEST_Encryption -vserver svm1 -size 1G -aggregate aggr1 -encrypt true
[Job 121] Initializing Error: command failed: [Job 121] Job failed: Failed to create the volume on
