Issue

When running the top-metrics API call using the ONTAP REST API, information is frequently not retrieved for volumes with low traffic.
The ONTAP REST API Online Reference does not indicate in the description for the top-metrics API that it is unable to pull historical data or indicate that is used specifically for point in time metrics.
