Issue

When you increase the size of the directory, you cannot decrease it later.
If a couple of entries are moved from one directory to another, some space gets created in the directory. But the size of the directory remains the same.
By moving the entries directory gets fragmented and space gets generated at different places. The new entries that you want to add in this directory
might or might not fit in these fragmented spaces. Therefore, providing a way for monitoring the real space usage of the directory is not feasible.
