CONTAP-105971: Unable to clear Anti-Ransomware suspect files and new extensions are not being detected

Issue

  • security anti-ransomware volume attack clear-suspect -vserver <vserver_name> -volume <volume_name> command:
    • Does not clear the list of suspect files
    • Does not report the reason for the failed command
    • And does not clear the attack info
  • New file extensions are not identified because anti-ransomware log processing cannot progress.
  • For the affected volumes:
    • The EMS log no longer reports callhome.arw.activity.seen:alert events.
    • The ONTAP System Manager no longer displays the Abnormal volume activity detected event.
    • Security anti-ransomware volume show command no longer updates information related to 'Attack'
