Reset occured on FCVI port xx

• Node event logs indicate frequent FCVI port reset and bad frame on port received

FC-VI adapter: Received bad frame on port xx. Mailbox-1 = 24, Mailbox-2 = 1857. Resetting the port.

• NetApp reports "Reset occured on FCVI port <>" and connected Brocade switch port has too many errors.

• Porterrshow output reports  lot of errors including link fail,pcs error, c3 tx discards and loss sig errors.

• Switchshow reports the port status as "online".

• Both RX and TX power as per sfpshow output shows as "Not Available" even though the port status is online.

• Port flapping events reports under errdump log:

2023/12/28-18:05:40, [AN-1014], 14352, FID 128, INFO, switch, Frame timeout detected, tx port 1 rx port 1, sid ffffxx, did 701xx, timestamp 2023-12-28 18:05:40 .

• Low Rx power is reported on the end device  sfp connected to the switch i.e NetApp , which indicated the issue to be upstream to NetApp i.e cable or the switch end sfp.
• Cables testing showed cable is fine.
