Cannot restore Hyper-V from destination volume using Commvault

Issue

During a restore using CommVault for a Hyper-V virtual machine, the following is reported:
Error Code: [23:10] Description: Error while reading pipeline buffer from MediaAgent [commserve]. Source: <source>, Process: vsrst

Error when restoring in “default” mode: ERROR:60516:Initiators on host:<Hyper-V host> Are not logged into file server:<file server>. Please check the SAN or iSCSI connectivity between the file server and the client.
