Issue

snapmirror initialize or update fails with error:

Transfer failed. (Replication operation request failed from Cluster Id: XXXXXXXXXX, Node Id: XXXXXXXXXX to Cluster Id: XXXXXXXXXX, Node Id: XXXXXXXXXX due to a network error (CSM: Request was canceled because of a connection failure.))

Note: Incomplete SnapMirror transfers can also be associated with the error
