SVMDR resync fails when volume names clash

Issue

While performing SVMDR resync following error is received:
 
Error: command failed: The following volume names clash between destination Vserver and source Vserver "Destination Volume:vol1:Source Volume:vol1_1099,Destination Volume:vol2:Source Volume:vol2_1213". Rename to match the names or remove them and retry the operation.
