SMBC snapmirror replication is out of sync and cannot be resumed

Issue

    • The ONTAP Mediator has intermittent reachability from both the clusters

     Mediator quorum = false (currently blocking consensus and resync)

    • SnapMirror is OutOfSync with error:

    “Failed to configure source. (The SnapMirror operation failed because the consensus cannot be established. This is possibly due to a pending failover operation or a disconnection from the other quorum participants.)
