Issue

When a volume with snapshot locking enabled is taken offline, ONTAP may report snapshot-locking-enabled as false in CLI and REST responses, even though the setting remains enabled. The status is reported correctly again when the volume is brought online. This can also cause a reported discrepancy between volume metadata sources.
