NDMP authentication errors when using IBM TSM after upgrading to ONTAP 9

Issue

  • After migration to cDOT, it is not possible to backup migrated volumes via snapdiff backup
  • Previously there were no issues on the 7-mode
  • Error message for an authentication error for the backup user ( AD user)
  • But access to a cifs share with this AD user is OK
