NDMP Backup Fails with NDMP_NO_DEVICE_ERR After Adding New ONTAP FAS/AFF Nodes in NetBackup

Issue

After adding new nodes (for Example, node3) to an existing cluster, NDMP backup jobs initiated by NetBackup fail when attempting to utilise the new nodes.
NDMP backups fail for volumes hosted on newly added nodes
