NetApp NFS Plugin for VMware VAAI: 'Could not stage image profile' error when deploying VAAI 2.0.1-16 using VMware Life Cycle Manager

Issue

When using VMware Life Cycle Manager to deploy a host image to a host or host cluster, the following error is seen.
