Issue

  • Unable to create a new volume by ONTAP System Manager
  • ONTAP System Manager returns the following error by selecting STORAGE > Volumes > Add
    • You can add only NAS volumes. However, supported storage VMs were not found that are configured for NFS or SMB/CIFS service.
    • You can add only NAS volumes. However, supported storage VMs were not found that are configured and enabled for NFS or SMB/CIFS service.
Volume creation fails when using ONTAP System Manager
