SVM created through SM with only FC protocol show all protocol as allowed from CLI

Issue

Create vserver with FC protocol from sysmgr/GUI and same can be seen in gui, but when we check the same in CLI we could see that all the protocols are allowed.
 
As per System Manager it shows only that FCP is configured and enabled.
